1. Service Overview
Regular is a service platform that connects customers with independent service providers (technicians) for home and car-related services.
We do not directly employ all technicians; they may operate as independent professionals.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Customers can book services via website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- বুকিং করার পর আমাদের টিম আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে কনফার্ম করবে।
- জরুরি সার্ভিস priority ভিত্তিতে হ্যান্ডেল করা হয়।
3. Pricing Policy
- Website এ দেখানো price শুধুমাত্র estimated (starting price)।
- Final cost technician inspection এর পর নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
- Additional কাজ বা parts লাগলে extra charge প্রযোজ্য হবে।
4. Payment Terms
- Payment service সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর প্রদান করতে হবে।
- Accepted methods: Cash, bKash, Nagad
- Partial advance কিছু ক্ষেত্রে নেওয়া হতে পারে।
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customer booking cancel করতে পারবে।
- Technician already পৌঁছে গেলে বা পথে থাকলে cancellation charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
6. Service Guarantee
- আমরা 3–7 দিনের service guarantee প্রদান করি (service type অনুযায়ী)।
- Misuse, external damage বা অন্য technician দ্বারা repair হলে warranty প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Regular একটি connecting platform; আমরা সরাসরি সব service execute করি না।
- Technician এর কাজের জন্য সীমিত দায় প্রযোজ্য।
- বড় ধরনের damage বা loss এর ক্ষেত্রে Regular দায়ী থাকবে না, তবে আমরা issue resolve করতে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করব।
8. User Responsibility
- Customer সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে বাধ্য।
- ভুয়া বুকিং বা misuse করলে service বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।
9. Emergency Service Disclaimer
- আমরা দ্রুত service দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি (30–60 minutes)।
- তবে traffic, location, weather বা অন্যান্য কারণে delay হতে পারে।
10. Privacy
- আপনার তথ্য Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী ব্যবহৃত হবে।
11. Changes to Terms
- Regular যেকোনো সময় এই Terms update করার অধিকার রাখে।
- Updated terms website এ publish করা হবে।
